What are the technical parameters of wear-resistant ceramic lining plates?

1. Hardness: The hardness of wear-resistant ceramic lining plates is very high, generally above level 9 in the Mohs hardness range, which is much harder than ordinary steel or cast iron.

 

2. Compressive strength: Wear-resistant ceramic lining plates have good pressure resistance, usually above 150MPa, and can withstand heavy pressure.

5. Conductivity: Wear-resistant ceramic liners are generally non-conductive and can be used safely in electrified environments.

 

6. Anti-corrosion: The surface of wear-resistant ceramic lining plates generally adopts a special coating to resist corrosion and chemical substances, thus extending the service life.

 

7. High temperature resistance: Wear-resistant ceramic lining plates can be used in high-temperature environments and can generally withstand temperatures of around 1000°C.
