3. Welding fixation method. If the working environment of the equipment is relatively harsh, welding fixation is a more common method. Welding the contact surface between the wear-resistant ceramic lining plate and the equipment can effectively enhance the rigidity of the lining plate and the equipment and prevent them from falling off.
4. Trough fixation method. This method is to make a groove in the equipment, embed the wear-resistant ceramic lining plate into the groove, and then fix it with materials such as yellow sand cement. It has the advantages of quick installation, good fixing effect, and prevention of wear.
