Wear-resistant ceramic liner tile, also known as alumina liner, alumina wear-resistant liner, alumina ceramic liner, and its main component is aluminum oxide, namely aluminum oxide (Al2O3), the raw material is oxidized inert alumina, chemical properties. It is stable and does not react with the flowing materials. It is an excellent non-metallic material with corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance and impact resistance on the surface of mechanical equipment.
According to different shapes, it is divided into a bonded liner, a welded liner, a trapezoidal pipeline liner and an arc-shaped cyclone liner.
1. The bonding liner is a solid white rectangular parallelepiped, and the commonly used specifications are 150*100, 150*50, 120*80 and other models. During construction, use ceramic special glue to bond the liner with the working surface.
2. There is a round hole in the middle of the welded lining plate, which is fixed by bonding and then welding. The iron cap is welded to the steel plate through the middle round hole, and then a ceramic cap is used to protect the welding point. Compared with the adhesive liner, the welded liner has stronger impact resistance and can withstand higher temperatures, which solves the limitation of the temperature influence of the glue.
3. The vertical section of the trapezoidal pipe liner tile is a trapezoid, which is a ceramic liner specially used for small pipe diameter pipes(diameter less than 600mm). Common specifications are 150*45/40*25, 150*50/47*20, 150*40/37*20 and other models. The trapezoidal liner is self-arching in the pipe into a circle. In addition to the adhesive force of the ceramic glue, there is also pressure between each other, so it is stronger.
4. The arc-shaped cyclone liner is a kind of arc-shaped liner customized according to different cyclone sizes. Each circle requires a set of molds, which is relatively expensive. The arc-shaped plate can completely fit the inner wall of the cyclone vertebral body, and can play a very good wear-resistant effect on the inner wall of the cyclone with considerable impact and serious wear. Its thickness is generally 20mm or 25mm.

Wear-resistant ceramic liner tile has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, and convenient construction. It is used as materials for electric power, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, cement, chemical, machinery and other industries (ash slag, coal powder, mineral powder, tailings, etc.), which is the ideal material for wear-resistant surface of conveying equipment. The wear-resistant ceramic liner tile is fired in a tunnel kiln. The temperature of the kiln is stable. The fired ceramic liner has a uniform color and a jade texture.
