Alumina ceramic ball is a kind of high temperature and wear-resistant material, which can be used in many fields such as chemical industry, water treatment, environmental protection and so on. Our production process mainly includes the following steps:
1. Raw material preparation: According to different customer needs, choose alumina powder with different particle size and content as raw material. Raw materials are required to have uniform particle size, no impurities, and the quality meets national standards.
2. Mixing and granulation: After mixing the raw materials, they are made into granules through a granulator, generally by two methods: pressure granulation and spray granulation.
3. Sintering: Put the produced alumina ceramic balls into a sintering furnace for rapid heating and continuous high-temperature sintering to crystallize them into one body. The product specifications and requirements are different, and the sintering temperature and time are different.
4. Inspection: The produced alumina ceramic balls are visually inspected, including spherical surface finish, roundness and other indicators, and chemical composition and physical properties are tested at the same time.
5. Packing out of the warehouse: packing qualified alumina ceramic balls. We can pack according to customer's requirements.
