Production process
The production process of high-alumina balls is generally that after manual batching, the oil ball mill is used for grinding balls and pulping. It is formed by melting, cold isostatic pressing, and then fired.
Besides, the high-alumina balls need to be produced according to the following production process-related component parameters:
Moisture content of slurry: 48%.
Slurry spray pressure: 2.3MPa~2.7MPa.
The exhaust gas temperature of spray drying is 103℃~0.5℃.
4. Moisture content of pressed powder: 0.4%~0.5%.

High-alumina balls are mainly used for grinding, and are also widely used in different types of ceramic plants, enamel processing, vitrification and other precision products due to their good strength, high hardness, high wear resistance, large proportion of ceramic balls and small size.
