Description
Inert alumina ceramic balls (catalyst proppants) are widely used as catalyst carrier fillers in the world because of their excellent stability and reliability. Produced from high quality ChemClay material, they have very good stability, high mechanical strength and thermal shock resistance, which makes them ideal for supporting all types of catalysts.
Feature
1 Inert alumina ceramic ball is a new type of high-strength, high-porosity spherical support and protective filler for supporting, covering and protecting catalysts.
2 High mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, strong acid and alkali chemical corrosion resistance, excellent rapid cooling and heat resistance and extremely low chemical activity. It contains a large amount of network needle-like structure mullite and corundum crystals and some residual quartz. It is densely sintered, hard in texture and not pulverized.
3 In particular, it has excellent chemical corrosion resistance: except hydrofluoric acid, it can resist all inorganic acids and organic acids and all acid gases and neutral gases. Unless the product needs to be cleaned or replaced when it is polluted by impurities in raw gas and liquid, it can be used as a catalyst covering, proppant, and protective agent in chemical process equipment, and the product itself will not cause problems and ensure its service life.
