Due to the wide range of uses, the economic benefits brought by inert porcelain balls are considerable.

Application

The size of the ceramic ball is mainly determined by the size of the catalyst. Because in actual production, it is necessary to ensure that the catalyst will not pass through the porcelain ball layer in the case of half of the porcelain ball rupture, generally following the 2X rule (or gradation), that is, the diameter of the porcelain ball should be twice the diameter of its adjacent catalyst, so that the distribution of the material is uniform, the pressure drop is small, and the reactor is optimized.
