How to paste:
1. The inner surface of the cyclone needs to be thoroughly cleaned and scraped to ensure that the adhesive surface is clean and smooth.
2. Use tungsten steel or metal saw blade to accurately cut the alumina wear-resistant lining plate according to the inner diameter of the cyclone.
3. Apply a thin layer of adhesive on the paste surface.
4. Paste the alumina wear-resistant liner on the inner wall of the cyclone, and adjust its position and shape accordingly to ensure even contact with the cyclone.
5. Make sure that the alumina wear liner is under pressure with the cyclone surface until the adhesive dries.
