The production process
1.Selection and classification of bauxite clinker Selecting raw materials that meet the requirements is a prerequisite for producing qualified products. High-alumina clinker is the main raw material for the production of high-alumina heat storage balls.
2. Co-fine grinding of clinker and bonded clay
Part of the bauxite clinker and bonded clay are mixed and finely ground together, which is an important measure in the production of high-alumina heat storage balls.
3. Firing
The firing temperature of the high alumina refractory ball mainly depends on the sintering characteristics of the bauxite clinker.

High-alumina heat storage balls are used in petroleum, chemical and other industries, such as tower packing balls, catalyst carriers, petrochemical plants, chemical fiber equipment, alkyl benzene, ethylene plants, natural gas plants and other hydrorefining plants. Catalytic reforming units, isomerization units and demethylation units are ideal fillers for chemical, metallurgical, natural gas, petroleum and other industries.
