Definition
The main component of High Performance Zirconia Balls is tetragonal zirconia, also known as TZP Zirconium Beads, with Yttrium stabilizers and Cerium stabilizers added. In most cases, Yttrium-stabilized Zirconia is white, and Cerium-stabilized Zirconia balls are yellow and black. How to reduce the wear of zirconia beads
1. Choose different High Performance Zirconia Balls according to the speed of the ball mill line.
2. According to the consistent physical properties of the zirconia beads, it is best to choose products from the same factory and the same batch.
3. Add an appropriate amount of zirconia, not more than 85%.
4. Choose according to the viscosity of the grinding material.
5. When cleaning the sand mill, the speed must be slow and not higher than 1000 revolutions per minute.
