Description
The aluminum ceramic composite panel(ie ceramic + rubber + steel plate) adopts the hot vulcanization process to vulcanize the toughened ceramic sheet in the steel plate groove equipped with special rubber, and the steel plate groove has countersunk head bolts. This liner is a customized product. According to the wear conditions, composite materials of various thicknesses and shapes can be selected to make the liner to form a strong wear-resistant layer. The working temperature of this product is -50℃-100℃.
The properties of each material in the 3-in-1 ceramic liner complement each other to form a superior abrasion and impact resistant panel and therefore have incredible abrasion and impact resistance. Can be used in heavy wear industries such as sand and gravel, mining and other high impact areas.
Feature
1.Super wear-resistant: Alumina corundum ceramic, with a hardness of HRA88 or above and outstanding wear resistance;
2. Impact resistance: The toughened ceramic formula makes sure that it is not easily shattered, and a special spherical ceramic may be produced to resist the impact of big materials; the composite rubber layer further improves the impact resistance of the liner.
3. Acid and alkali resistance: Alpha alumina, the primary chemical constituent of ceramics, has stable chemical characteristics and good acid and alkali resistance.
4. Anti-dropping: The heat vulcanisation method makes the ceramic rubber steel plate, which is vulcanised in a single piece, extremely solid. Every ceramic component contains a piercing bolt that pierces the bottom steel plate, which is securely welded and has two layers of insurance.
5. Simple installation and replacement: offer a complete liner, modular installation, simple replacement and installation, can only be used in a few locations with significant wear and powerful impact, saving money and personnel as well as material resources.
6. Decrease maintenance: Due to the extraordinary wear resistance, maintenance is performed much less frequently, saving money and labour.
7. Support customization: The porcelain block or lining plate's form, size, and thickness may be changed to suit your unique working circumstances or needs.
How to install ?
1.The three-in-one ceramic lining plate provides double-headed bolt fixing and welding installation methods, which are firmly fixed and the ceramic sheet does not fall off. The bolts are also equipped with special ceramic caps to prevent the bolts from wearing.
2. The three-in-one wear-resistant ceramic lining board adopts modular production and assembly, which is easy to disassemble and replace; during maintenance, only part of the heavily worn or impacted parts of large materials needs to be replaced, thereby saving a lot of labor and costs.
Application
The alumina ceramic composite plate ( is used as an anti-wear lining on equipment with large material conveying and severe wear and strong impact under normal temperature environment, such as sand and gravel, mining, thermal power, steel, coal, mining, chemical, cement and other industries. Key equipment such as mine trough liners, coal drop pipe liners, ship unloader hopper liners, chute liners, etc.
