Description
Wear-Resistant Ceramic Lined Pipe Elbows is a pipeline mainly used for the transportation of abrasive materials such as pneumatic and pumping slurry. Because the conveying medium generally has the characteristics of high hardness, fast flow rate and large flow rate, and continues to impact, wear, and corrode the pipe wall for a long time during the conveying process, the pipe is fatigued and gradually worn through, while the wear-resistant pipe solve this problem.
Advantage
(High Hardness) Wear-resistant inner lining pipe is corundum ceramic (a-AL2O3), the Mohs hardness can reach 9.0, which is equivalent to more than HRC90, and the wear resistance life is ten times or even dozens of times that of quenched steel.
(Good Thermal Stability) Wear-resistant inner lining pipe can operate normally for a long time in the temperature range of -50--700ºC. The linear expansion coefficient of the material is 6-8×10-6/0C, which is about 1/2 of the steel pipe.
(Good Smoothness) The inner surface smoothness of the Wear-resistant inner lining pipe is better than that of any metal pipe, the clearing resistance coefficient is 0.0193, the running resistance is small, and the running cost is low.
(Easy Installation) Wear-resistant inner lining pipe is light in weight and has good welding performance. It can be welded, flanged, and quick-connected, which is convenient for construction and installation, and can reduce installation costs.
