Product Introduction
Alumina ceramic is a very wear-resistant precision ceramic material, which is widely used in various industries. The main molding methods of alumina ceramic products are: dry pressing, isostatic pressing, injection molding and casting. Different product shapes, sizes, complex shapes and precision products require different molding methods. Alumina ceramic products sintered at high temperature can only be processed by diamond grinding process.
The Wear Resistant Protection Ceramic Pipes is formed by pressing process, with regular size, complete specifications, high purity, good compactness, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, low wear, and no abrasive pollution.
Feature
1. Wear resistance: under the same conditions, it is 10 times more wear-resistant than ordinary pipes;
2. Corrosion resistance: lining ceramics and inorganic adhesives can resist acid and alkali corrosion;
3. Medium temperature resistance: it can operate at 350°C for a long time, and the general working conditions can be satisfied;
4. The inner and outer walls are smooth and the air flow is smooth: the smooth surface allows materials to pass through freely without hanging or blocking;
5. Easy to install: 1/3 lighter than ordinary pipes, easy to carry, save manpower, easier and faster to install, and can easily erect pipes higher;
6. Reduce the load of support and hanger equipment and save material costs.
