Product Introduction
Ceramic Rubber Pully Lagging is generally applied to pulleys which require more fiction to the conveyor belt. The diamond grooves are more flexible when compared to plain rubber.
The ceramic rubber composite board is a special ceramic sheet embedded in special rubber through vulcanization to form a square wear-resistant rubber liner, and then fixed on the inner shell steel plate of the equipment by welding or pasting to form a strong and cushioning anti-wear layer. It is widely used as anti-wear lining for silos, hoppers and other equipment in the conveying and ash discharge systems of thermal power plants and the conveying and batching systems of the metallurgical iron and steel industry.
Features
1.Antiskid surface, there are spherical or square bumps on the ceramic surface, and the friction coefficient is three times than traditional pulley lagging, ehich can greatly prevent the conveyor belt from slipping, and improve the transportation efficiency.
2.No material accumulation, there are grooves between each ceramic block, and the material on the drum can be discharged along the groove.
3.The convex points on the surface have no edges and corners, the roller and the conveyor belt will not slide relatively. Therefore, there will be no excessive abrasion on the conveyor belt.
4. Long service life.The service life is more than 5 times of ordinary rubber drum.
5. Impact resistance.The elasticity of the underlying rubber has a good buffer effect.
6. Convenient installation. There is no need to unload the drum from the conveyor, which reduces the installation cost and time, and also reduces the wear of other parts when disassembling the drum.
Application
Ceramic Rubber Pully Lagging is suitable for the conditions which is easy to slip and has high wear rate, especially for steel cable conveyor belt, high speed and high tension conveyor belt.
