Introduction
Square Wear Resistant Ceramic Lining Sheet is made of alumina calcined at high temperature. It is converted into dense alpha alumina at high temperature, and due to its special crystal structure, it becomes extremely hard,second only to diamond in hardness.
Feature
1. High hardness, wear resistance and erosion resistance: Rockwell hardness is HRA85-95, which is comparable to diamond, and its wear resistance is much higher than that of manganese steel and high-soldering cast iron. It can extend the service life of equipment by 10 years under the same working conditions more than double;
2. Excellent high temperature resistance and heat resistance: it can operate at 750°C for a long time;
3. Acid and alkali corrosion resistance: Alumina and zirconia wear-resistant ceramics have stable chemical properties, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and are suitable for various harsh working conditions;
4. Light weight: The density of wear-resistant ceramic sheets is 3.5-3.8g/cm3, which is only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the load on equipment;
5. The bonding is firm and not easy to fall off: the wear-resistant ceramic sheet can be fixed by high-temperature-resistant inorganic adhesive paste, arch joint and stud welding, etc., which can ensure that the ceramic sheet will not fall off under high temperature and high impact conditions for long-term operation .
