Product introduction:

Alumina liner is a special corundum ceramic made of aluminum oxide as the main raw material, rare metal oxide as flux, sintered at 1700℃, and then a combination of special rubber and high strength organic or inorganic adhesives.It has the following main performance and characteristics.

Alumina liner is a kind of industrial wear resistanting ceramic material, which can give full play to its abrasion performance characteristics.

(1) High hardness, its rockwell hardness is 85 -- 90.

(2) Good wear resistance, long service life, its wear resistance is equivalent to manganese steel 266 times, high chromium cast iron 171.5 times.

(3) Wide use, there is suitable for low temperature environment of direct feeding adhesive type liner;There is an impact resistant liner for large materials;There are suitable for the high temperature environment of the wind transmission powder straight sticky type liner;It is equipped with special quick tubular composite lining.There are adhesive ceramic fan blades for high speed dynamic operation.
