Product Introduction
Sintered inert ceramic balls, also known as inert alumina ceramic balls and Sintered Alumina Ceramic Ball ,are produced from kaolin, bauxite, etc., and then formulate the raw materials according to the customer's chemical composition requirements, and then fill them into the ball mill according to the proportion of the formulated mud. Grinding inside, after being ground into slurry, the slurry is quickly turned into powder through a spray drying tower, and then the powder is enameled into a ball of a suitable size by a enamel machine, and the sphere is dried and sintered at a high temperature to become a porcelain ball.
Advantage
Inert alumina ceramic ball has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure resistance, low water absorption and stable chemical properties. It can withstand the corrosion of acid, alkali and other organic solvents, and can withstand the temperature changes in the production process.
Application
Sintered Alumina Ceramic Ball is used as tower packing ball and catalyst carrier in petroleum, chemical industry and other industries, and as base filling material for hydrogenation refining unit, catalytic reforming unit, isomerization unit and demethylation unit in petrochemical plant, chemical fiber plant, alkylbenzene, ethene plant and natural gas plant.
