Product Introduction
Anti-pollution Zirconia Ceramic Brick is mainly used as the inner liner of various ball mills.Paste brick on the inner wall or surface of the equipment can play the role of wear resistance and prolong the service life of the equipment.It has the characters of wear resistance and impact resistance. Zirconia ceramic brick produced by Titan has been favored by customers at home and abroad. We also can customize different sizes according to customers' requirements.
Properties
Anti-pollution Zirconia Ceramic Brick has the characteristic of high hardness,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,easy to install.
1. High hardness, second only to diamond, far exceeding wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2. Good wear resistance, 60% lower than that of alumina products.
3. Light weight, specific gravity 4.2g/cm3, greatly reducing equipment load.
4. The bonding is firm and has good heat resistance. It is pasted on the inner wall of the equipment with heat-resistant glue. It can run for a long time at 350C without aging. The inorganic adhesive used for cemented products is wear-resistant at 750°C. High temperature resistance and adhesion performance.
5. Strong impact resistance, combined with zirconia toughness and wear resistance, the fracture toughness is 20% higher than that of alumina products, and the bending strength is 70% higher, which greatly improves the impact of materials on equipment.
