I. Features of  abrasive resistant ceramic pipeline?

1. Good wear resistance: the inner ceramic layer of the wear-resistant ceramic pipe is wear-resistant ceramic, its hardness (HRA) ≥ 88, its wear resistance is more than 10 times of that of high chromium wear-resistant cast iron alloy pipe fittings, and its service life is long.

2. Corrosion resistance: different wear-resistant ceramic materials are selected, which have excellent corrosion resistance to different corrosive media, acid, alkali, salt and other strong corrosive media and halogen salt corrosion characteristics

3. Good high temperature resistance: the wear-resistant ceramic has the ability to withstand high temperature above 1400 ℃. Through reasonable design and different composite methods, the wear-resistant ceramic pipe fittings can operate in the humidity range of - 50 ℃ to 800 ℃ for a long time

II. Types of  ceramic pipes are divided ?

1.The paste wear-resistant ceramic pipe is to use high temperature resistant strong adhesive to paste the alumina ceramic sheet on the inner wall of the pipe, and form a solid anti-wear layer after heating and curing. The production process of the product is relatively simple, the production cycle is short, and the cost is relatively low.. The size of the ceramic pipe is basically not limited by the size of the pipe.

2. For welding wear-resistant ceramic pipes, the alumina ceramic lining plate with holes in the middle is pasted on the inner wall of the pipe with strong adhesive, and the ceramic lining plate is firmly welded on the inner wall of the steel pipe through the holes through the spot welding process, and then the ceramic cap is screwed on.
