Advantage

1. Impact resistance. Alumina wear-resistant ceramic lining rubber has good buffer performance, which can effectively buffer the impact of falling ore from high altitude. As the main raw material of the product is alumina, the wear-resistant ceramic lining has wear-resistant performance, but the toughness is insufficient. When the impact reaches a certain degree, composite ceramic wear-resistant lining must be selected.

2. The construction is convenient and there is no gap after the installation of lining plate. The rubber composite lining plate can be twisted and cut, which is suitable for installing various special-shaped equipment.

3. Non stick and non block: due to the high strength and corrosion resistance of ceramics, the phenomenon of stick and block of equipment is effectively solved. The traditional nylon board is often stained with materials, which affects the working efficiency.

4. Composite ceramic wear-resistant lining plate has strong wear resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance. Rubber elastomer has excellent damping effect and can reduce the noise produced during material transportation.

5.The density of composite ceramic wear-resistant lining plate is lower than that of steel plate, and the weight is lighter. Because of its high wear-resistant performance, it does not need to be replaced frequently, which saves a lot of time for the enterprise.



Application

Pads and plates have been designed primarily for the lining of high wear components in mining and mineral processing equipment including: pipes and tanks, deflectors, launders, spill face sloping walls & loading chutes, bins & hoppers, mill feed components.
