Product Introduction
Wear-resistant ceramics are special corundum ceramics made of Al2O3 as the main raw material, rare metal oxides as flux, and fired at a high temperature of 1700 degrees, and then combined with special rubber and high-strength organic/inorganic binders.
The hexagonal ceramic lining sheet is a kind of wear resistant medium which should be pasted as a whole when use it. We can pasted into different sizes according to the size of equipments. Titan can produces hexagonal ceramic lining with different thickness and width.
Advantages
1. High hardness: its Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, the hardness is second only to diamond, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2. Excellent wear resistance: its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron. According to our customer follow-up survey over the past ten years, under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended by at least ten times.
3. Light weight: its density is 3.6g/cm3, which is only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the load on equipment.
4. Strong bonding and good heat resistance: the wear-resistant ceramic lining is pasted on the inner wall of the equipment with heat-resistant superglue. Long-term operation without aging at 350°C
