Product introduction:
The belt conveyor has a strong conveying capacity, which can save a lot of manpower and material resources and greatly improve work efficiency. The friction between the conveyor belt and the roller is insufficient, and the speed of the conveyor belt will be lower than that of the roller, resulting in slippage. . The reason for the lack of friction between the roller and the conveyor belt is mostly because the water content of the material is too high or the working environment is humid. It is necessary to wrap the roller with ceramic rubber sheet, which is suitable for wet environments, to increase the friction between the roller and the conveyor belt.
The rubber ceramic molded wear plate is made by vulcanizing ceramics into rubber. It has the cushioning performance of rubber and wear resistance of ceramic.
Properties:
1. Using rubber vulcanization technology, the ceramic is embedded in the rubber to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.
2. The steel plate with bolt can be vulcanized together with the ceramic &rubber plate, which will be easy for installation.
3. Impact resistance. The board has good cushion performance which can effectively alleviate the impact of ore falling from the high altitude.
4. Not easy to fall off. The composite liner is vulcanized as a whole, and each plate has bolts passing through the bottom steel plate, so the welding is very firm.
5. Easy for maintenance. The composite liner is more than 60% lighter than the wear-resistant steel plate, so the installation is very convenient.
