Description

Weldable ceramic liner is designed to solve the problem of equipment wear under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, large impact or dynamic operation. The ceramic fixing method combines the use of adhesive and welding methods, and the maximum temperature resistance can reach 750℃.

 

Feature

1.Weldable ceramic liner use a stud welding process to fix the ceramics on the steel piece, and the studs are equipped with unique inspection bolts to ensure a firm weld.

2.Cooperated with special high-temperature-resistant inorganic adhesive, it can operate stably under harsh conditions such as high temperature and large impact, and it will not fall off or age under long-term use at a high temperature of 750°C.

3. Weldable wear-resistant ceramics are fixed by welding and gluing. After the wear-resistant ceramics are pasted on the surface of the equipment, the application range of wear-resistant ceramics is greatly expanded.
