Product introduction:
The product contains a large number of network needle-like structure mullite and corundum crystal and some residual quartz, sintered compact, hard texture, no powder.The product especially has the excellent chemical corrosion resistance: except the hydrofluoric acid, can withstand all the inorganic acid and the organic acid and all the acid gas, the neutral gas.Unless the product is contaminated by impurities in the raw material gas or liquid and needs to be cleaned or replaced, the product itself will not have any problems when used as catalyst covering, proppant and protective agent in the chemical process equipment, and the service life is guaranteed to be more than 10 years.
Because the product has a high and uniform voidage and large specific surface area, it can effectively cut off the colloid, coke powder, heavy metal and other solid impurities in the liquid of various raw materials, so as to avoid its deposition in the catalyst bed, which may cause the catalyst to block, burn or even poison the catalyst.
