Construction steps of cyclone wear-resistant ceramic tile sheet

The cyclone is also called a cyclone separator. Its function is to separate the coarse and fine powders of the raw materials crushed by the powder selector or grinder. Due to the exhaust effect of the fan, the coarse material flows into the bottom transport pipe for the next step of fine processing, while the powder is directly transported out by the fan. The air inlet and cyclone separation part are the parts with large air volume and relatively severe wear. Normal steel plate wear will be worn through in about a year, so the use of anti-wear products is an ideal choice.

Most manufacturers choose wear-resistant ceramic tile sheets as anti-wear products for cyclones. The main component of ceramic tile sheets is alumina, which is made of high-purity alumina powder pressed into a standardized shape by a press and then fired at high temperature. Ceramic tile sheets are accepted by customers due to their remarkable characteristics such as high hardness, good stability and long-term wear resistance.

Wear-resistant ceramic tile sheets also have high technical requirements for pasting. The specific construction steps are as follows:
1. The metal surface needs to be rusted and polished to reveal the metallic luster
2. Mix the ceramic glue in proportion and evenly apply it on the metal surface.
3. Paste the ceramic tile sheet on the surface where the ceramic glue is applied. It should be noted that the ceramic tile sheet and the ceramic glue must be tightly bonded together, and gently tap with a rubber hammer to ensure that each ceramic tile sheet can be firmly pasted.
4. The maintenance cycle is generally 24 hours in summer and 48 hours in winter before it can be put into use.
