Description
High density alumina grinding ball usually have two kind of forming method , pressing and rolling.
Forming alumina ceramic balls by agglomeration is a reference to the production process of forming sweet dumplings , which belongs to a semi-dry and wet forming method. It is formed by continuously sticking dry powder on the outside of the "wet core".
Dry isostatic pressing of alumina ceramic balls is a relatively advanced forming method at present, which is easy to realize automatic production, and is less affected by human factors.
Feature
(1) The main component of this product is high-quality alumina with high whiteness, which has no effect on the quality of the ground material.
(2) The product is formed by rolling and isostatic pressing, and has a large specific gravity, which can greatly improve the grinding efficiency, reduce the grinding time, and effectively increase the effective volume of the ball mill, thereby increasing the amount of grinding materials added.
(3) The high alumina grinding ball has low wear and can greatly prolong the service life of the grinding body.
(4) The product can withstand more than 1,000 degrees of high temperature, acid, alkali and corrosion.
Application
