Description
High-quality chemical clay is used as the raw material for creating 3.5mm alumina Ceramic ball Grinding Media . The properties of ceramic ball grinding media include high strength, high chemical stability, and high heat stability. High temperature, high pressure, acid, alkali, salt, and numerous organic solvents may all be tolerated by inert alumina ceramic balls.
Non-metallic grinding balls made of alumina are frequently used in industrial grinding. Over metal grinding balls, ceramic balls have significant physicochemical benefits.
Features
(1) High hardness: The Mohs hardness of alumina ceramics is 9, which is only 1 level lower than that of diamond (diamond has a Mohs hardness of 10).
(2) Good wear resistance and slow consumption.
(3) Corrosion resistance: Alumina is inert and does not react with acids and bases, avoiding corrosion consumption under acidic conditions .
(4) High strength, low broken ball rate, and the appearance is not easy to be out of round after use
(5) High-aluminum ball density > 3.6g/cm3, the density is half of that of steel balls. Under fine grinding conditions, over-grinding and equipment wear are reduced, equipment noise is reduced, and power consumption is reduced.
(6) Non-toxic and harmless, in line with EU ROHS ingredient restriction requirements.
The production process
After manually batching, high-alumina balls are typically ground and pulped in an oil ball mill. Melting, cold isostatic pressing, and firing are used to create it. The high-alumina balls among them must be created in accordance with the component specifications connected to the following production process:
Moisture content of the slurry: 48%.
Slurry spray pressure: 2.3MPa~2.7MPa.
The exhaust gas temperature of spray drying is 103℃~0.5℃.
Moisture content of pressed powder: 0.4%~0.5%.

Ceramic ball is ideal grinding media for various equipment such as ball mills, stirring mills, peeling machines, polishing machines, sand mills, and moxa grinding.
