Details
Alumina filler balls are mainly made of ultrafine alumina powder as the main raw material, and are made by molding technology and high-temperature tunnel kiln firing. They are an inorganic ceramic material with high specific surface area, good activity and thermal stability, good chemical inertness and high temperature resistance, and are an economical and applicable filler.

Classification of Alumina Filler Balls
1. According to the content of alumina: low-content alumina ceramic balls and high-content alumina ceramic balls. Low-content is mainly used for grinding and dispersion, and high-content is mainly used in high-temperature environments.
2. According to the use temperature: room temperature and high temperature.
3. According to the use environment: inert ceramic balls and active ceramic balls. Inert ones are suitable for fillers in general environments, and active ones can be used in specific environments.
Characteristics of Alumina Filler Balls
1. Good activity: Alumina filler balls have good activity and can react with a variety of substances to achieve catalysis, adsorption and purification.
2. High temperature resistance: The filler balls can work stably under high temperature conditions.
3. High mechanical strength: high hardness, high compressive strength, and not easy to wear.
How to judge the quality of porcelain balls?
1. Alumina content: The content reflects the degree of calcination of alumina. The higher the calcination degree, the higher the content.
2. Particle size: The particle size must be moderate. Too coarse will lead to slow dissolution and precipitation, and too fine will easily cause flying losses.
3. Repose angle: Alumina with a larger repose angle is easier to dissolve and has less flying losses.
4. Wear coefficient: A physical indicator that characterizes the strength of alumina.
