Both self-propagating ceramic pipes and wear-resistant ceramic patch pipes are wear-resistant pipes, but due to their different production processes, their respective characteristics will be different.
The self-spreading wear-resistant pipe is made of self-spreading high-temperature synthesis and centrifugal casting. The wear-resistant ceramic pipe is different. It is to paste alumina ceramic lining board or ceramic sheet or porcelain pipe on the inner wall of the steel pipe, which combines the characteristics of high hardness, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance of alumina ceramics. The service life is dozens of times longer than that of ordinary steel pipes. Generally speaking, wear-resistant ceramic pipes have better wear resistance than self-propagating combustion pipes, and are more practical than self-propagating combustion.
