Wear-resistant ceramic pipes are suitable for pulverized coal transportation pipes
The pipelines used in pulverized coal transportation and dust removal systems generally transport hard particles or high-temperature gases. The working environment temperature is high, the material flow rate is fast, and the equipment is severely worn for a long time, especially the elbow pipes. If no anti-wear measures are taken , the pipeline will be worn out and damaged within a few months, and most of the equipment is on high-altitude supports, which is inconvenient for maintenance and replacement. Pipeline damage will seriously affect the safe operation of the entire system.
To ensure the safe operation of the equipment, make certain wear-resistant materials for the pulverized coal pipeline. It is recommended to use wear-resistant ceramic pipes. A layer of wear-resistant corundum ceramics is pasted on the inner wall of the pipes. The corundum ceramics are special corundum ceramics made of alumina as the main material, adding some chemical materials and sintering at a high temperature of 1700 degrees. Alumina ceramics have the characteristics of high wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. The tight bonding between alumina ceramics and steel pipes forms a strong wear-resistant pipe, which is more than 10 times more wear-resistant than ordinary pipes. The inner wall of the wear-resistant ceramic pipe is smooth, the air flow is smooth, and there will be no material blockage. High wear resistance improves the service life of the equipment and greatly saves maintenance costs.
