Centrifugal casting composite ceramic pipe is a composite pipe manufactured by "self-propagating high temperature synthesis - high-speed centrifugal technology", which forms a uniform, dense and smooth surface ceramic layer and transition layer at high temperature and high speed. Because the production process is simple and the cost is low, it is suitable for long-distance powder transportation, but its wear resistance is slightly worse than that of wear-resistant ceramic pipes, and is generally used as a straight pipe.
Wear-resistant patch
SMD wear-resistant ceramic pipes are made of high-temperature-resistant strong adhesives to paste alumina ceramic sheets on the inner wall of the pipes, and form a firm anti-wear layer after heating and curing. The production process of the product is relatively simple, the production cycle is short, and the cost is relatively low.

Spot welding card type wear-resistant ceramic pipe is to stick the alumina ceramic sheet with holes in the middle to the inner wall of the pipe with high temperature resistant strong adhesive, and at the same time, with the spot welding process, the ceramic is firmly welded to the inner wall of the steel pipe through the small hole. To protect the solder joints, a ceramic cap is screwed on top. Each piece of porcelain is not only pressed and inserted into each other, but also each piece of porcelain forms a trapezoidal angle, so that the porcelain pieces are tightly connected without gaps; when the last piece of a circle is tightly embedded, a 360° mechanical self-alignment is formed between the pieces of porcelain. Locking force (this technique was used in Chinese bridge construction centuries ago). One piece
One-piece molding is to assemble the ceramic pipe fittings by pouring them inside the steel pipe with special fillers after the whole ceramic pipe fittings are fired. The inner wall of the pipeline is smooth, the sealing performance is good, and it has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. However, the production cycle of this kind of product is long and the cost is high.
