The repair of pipeline with wear-resistant ceramic composite plate is divided into the following steps: surface cleaning → body repair → grinding → porcelain bonding → welding → thickness detection → self inspection. Next, we will introduce it in detail.
Preparation: procurement of materials, commissioning of equipment, arrangement of construction personnel, connection of power supply, gas source and other preliminary preparations.
1. Surface cleaning: effectively remove ash scale, floating rust and other sundries on the surface of composite board.
2. Grinding operation: the used pipe wall shall be treated with an angle grinder, and the pipe surface shall be free of floating rust and looseness. Construction is strictly prohibited in the environment with humidity greater than 85% to ensure that the project quality meets the excellent standard.
3. Isolation measures: after removing sundries, put them in a static and dry environment to prevent dust pollution.
4. Paste ceramic sheet: mix the two components of a and B in proportion, paste the ceramic after uniform mixing, paste and polish the ceramic sheet evenly without virtual adhesion and protrusion, the surface of wear-resistant ceramic layer shall be smooth, and the gap between sheets shall be less than 0.4mm. The ceramic joint is flat and smooth.
5. Welding: after gluing the hardware, put it into the hole of the ceramic lining plate, fully weld it with a welder, and then paste the ceramic cap on the surface of the hardware.
6. Self inspection: after pasting ceramic sheets, conduct self-quality inspection, re handle the unqualified parts, and then conduct self inspection.
