How to install ceramic rings in integral formed wear-resistant ceramic tubes?
Integral molding wear-resistant ceramic tubes are mainly used in lithium batteries and other special industries, because the lithium battery industry in the material transportation to isolate metal pollution, the wear resistance and insulation of the proposed wear-resistant ceramic ring has become the best choice for the lithium battery industry. So how should the wear-resistant ceramic ring be installed? It mainly includes the following three steps.
(1) Porcelain ring splicing: the porcelain ring that has passed the inspection is spliced with quick-drying glue according to the requirements of the drawing to ensure that the interior is flat and there is no large gap.
(2) Porcelain ring pasting: the flanges on both sides of the pipeline are wrapped in kraft paper, and the glue is opened in the pipeline with the adjusted adhesive to ensure its uniformity, and then the glue is opened on the spliced porcelain ring pipe to ensure that the pipe is pasted on the inner wall of the pipeline at one time. After fixing, detect whether the inner wall of the pipeline is misaligned and leakage, and place the pasted pipe in the designated position after inspection. Ceramic pasting should be strictly in accordance with the drawings, and the ceramic should also be properly misaligned when pasting ceramic rings to ensure the service life of the pipeline.
(3) Grinding: After the adhesive is completely cured, the excess porcelain rings on both sides of the pipeline should be polished to ensure that it is flat and cannot damage the flange, and the kraft paper at both ends should be cleaned up after the polishing is completed.
