Therefore, the first reason for the broken beads may be that the quality of the beads is not up to the standard. If there are broken beads, first check whether the broken beads are due to quality reasons, and then check for other reasons.
Two: THE MODEL IS WRONG
Although the size of the zirconia bead is very small, its model is also special. Once the wrong model is used, it may cause the beads to break. For example, some sanders require beads to be 180kGF, but the beads are only 150kGF.
Therefore, when using such microbeads, the model selection should be strictly followed, and the appropriate microbeads should be selected according to the strength of the equipment.
