1. Paste type: paste it on the inner surface of the equipment with adhesive. This method has the advantages of simple equipment, low cost, suitable for large-area construction and saving maintenance time. Because viscose is mainly an organic component, it is not resistant to high temperature (up to 150 ℃) and is easy to age. Therefore, this posting method is only applicable to the working environment at room temperature.
2. Welding method: the welding method is that the welding hole of the product is welded on the equipment and pasted together to achieve the purpose of two-layer stability. Welding type is applicable to high-temperature pipeline (500 ℃) or parts with slight impact, such as dust removal pipe at kiln tail, inlet and outlet pipe of humidification tower, etc.
3. Dovetail clamping: dovetail clamping is a device and method for welding two trapezoidal reinforcement in parallel on the equipment to form a dovetail groove, and then threading dovetail ceramics into the dovetail groove. The process is mature and reliable, and can withstand 700 ℃ high temperature. It is especially suitable for anti-wear of moving parts such as fan impeller. However, the technology is very complex and is only suitable for plane construction.
The strength of wear-resistant ceramic lining plate is more than three times that of alumina ceramic plate used in the past, and can withstand a high temperature of more than 1000 ℃. Therefore, when using, we should select the most suitable product according to the application scenario.
