Wear-resistant ceramic glue, also known as wear-resistant ceramic paste glue, wear-resistant ceramic tiles glue. It refers to a high-performance adhesive specially used to paste wear-resistant ceramic sheets or linings to the surface of equipment substrates for wear-resistant protection of equipment substrates.
Main application:
It is difficult to realize the connection between the wear-resistant ceramics and the metal parts of the equipment through traditional connection methods such as welding. It is an effective connection method. After development, this technology has been extended to electric power, metallurgy, mining, cement and other industries and has been widely used and recognized. The use of wear-resistant ceramic glue can firmly bond the high-purity wear-resistant ceramic plate to the surface of the equipment that has been severely eroded by the material, prolong the service life of these equipment, and reduce the maintenance of such equipment, thereby reducing the replacement of new equipment, maintenance costs and reducing production losses caused by downtime.
Instructions:
1. Substrate surface treatment: Grinding or sandblasting to remove dust, oil and rust on the surface of the adherend, and finally clean it with cleaning agent and dry it in the air;
2. Compounding: mix the two components evenly in proportion;
3. Glue application: evenly apply the adjusted glue on the surface of the object to be adhered;
4. Adhesive layer curing: complete curing under the required conditions, and carry out post-curing treatment.
