TZ38 ZTA Grinding Balls Production Maintains Stable Rhythm After Holiday Restart

Following the holiday restart, the ZTA grinding media workshop continues to operate on a stable and well-organized production schedule. The TZ38 ZTA grinding ball production line remains active, with forming, sintering, and inspection processes smoothly connected throughout the workshop.

TZ38 is an alumina–zirconia toughened grinding medium designed for demanding fine grinding and regrinding applications. Compared with conventional alumina grinding balls, TZ38 requires more precise process control to balance wear resistance and impact strength.

After resuming operations, the production team reinforced quality control measures, including dimensional checks, density monitoring, and firing curve verification. Finished products are carefully sorted and packaged with batch traceability to ensure reliable performance at customer sites.

Currently, multiple batches of TZ38 grinding balls have completed final inspection and entered the packaging stage. These products are mainly supplied to metal mines, gold processing plants, and other high-abrasion grinding systems. With production running steadily, sufficient capacity has been reserved to support upcoming orders throughout the year.
