Trapezoidal Ceramic Liners in Production For Curved Equipment Applications

Production of trapezoidal ceramic liners is currently underway to support wear protection projects involving pipes, elbows, and curved equipment surfaces. These liners are designed to improve ceramic coverage and reduce installation gaps on non-flat structures.

Unlike standard rectangular tiles, trapezoidal ceramic liners are manufactured with angled sides, allowing them to form circular or semi-circular layouts during installation. This design helps achieve a tighter fit and more uniform wear performance in curved components.

The manufacturing process emphasizes dimensional accuracy and surface flatness, which are critical for achieving consistent bonding on curved equipment. Recent production batches are focused on liners used in pneumatic conveying lines, cyclones, and ceramic-lined pipe systems.

Workshop feedback indicates that trapezoidal ceramic liners provide smoother internal surfaces after installation, helping reduce localized wear and material buildup. This contributes to longer service life and more predictable maintenance cycles.

As production continues, the factory can adjust liner angles, thicknesses, and ceramic grades based on project drawings and operating conditions. These ongoing manufacturing activities reflect the increasing use of shaped ceramic liners in complex wear environments.
