Three-in-one wear-resistant ceramic composite lining plate used in thermal power plants

The three-in-one wear-resistant ceramic composite lining plate is a combination product of ceramic, rubber and steel plate. Special ceramic sheets and rubber are directly vulcanized on the steel plate with bolts to form a three-in-one structure. It combines the high wear resistance of wear-resistant ceramics with the buffering capacity of rubber. The ceramic composite plate and the coal drop pipe are directly connected by bolts. Generally, ceramic cylinders, ceramic sheets, and ceramic blocks are used to desulfurize ceramics. A rubber layer is added as a buffer between the steel plate and the ceramic, which overcomes the weakness of the ceramic that is not impact-resistant and easily broken. At the same time, the rubber absorbs impact energy and also has the effect of reducing noise. In addition, the wear-resistant ceramic composite lining board is relatively easy to install, and can be installed even on special-shaped equipment. It is very suitable for working conditions with large material wear.
