The Kinds Of Wear-resistant Ceramic Liner

Wear-resistant ceramic liner is a white box, according to the different shapes, divided into bonded liners, welded liners, trapezoidal pipe liners and curved cyclone liners.

  1. The bonded liner is a solid white box, and the commonly used specifications are 150*100, 150*50, 120*80 and other models. During construction, the liner is bonded to the working surface with a special ceramic glue.

  2. The middle of the welded liner has a large and small round hole that is fixed by first sticking and then welding, and the iron cap is welded with the steel plate through the middle round hole, and then the porcelain cap is used to protect the solder joint. Compared with the bonded liner, the impact resistance of the welded liner is stronger, and it can withstand higher temperatures, which solves the limitation of the temperature affected by the glue.

  3. The vertical section of the trapezoidal pipe liner is a trapezoidal shape, which is a ceramic liner specially used for pipes with small pipe diameter (diameter less than 600mm). Common specifications are 150*45/40*25, 150*50/47*20, 150*40/37*20 and other models. The trapezoidal liners arch themselves into a circle in the pipe, and in addition to the bonding force of the ceramic glue, there is also pressure between each other, so it is more firm.

  4. Curved cyclone liner is a kind of curved liner customized according to different cyclone sizes. Each lap requires a set of molds, which is relatively expensive. The curved plate can fully fit the inner wall of the cyclone vertebrae, and can play a good wear-resistant role in the inner wall of the cyclone with considerable impact force and considerable wear, and its thickness is generally 20mm and 25mm.
