Wear-resistant ceramic linings are special ceramic products made of alumina, fired at 1700°C. Using special organic and inorganic adhesives, wear-resistant ceramic linings can be attached to facilities and pipes that are prone to wear, extending the service life of equipment by 3-5 times. There are many series of wear-resistant ceramic linings produced by our company, which can meet the supply and demand of different users.
For a long time, traditional anti-wear methods such as wear-resistant surfacing and thermal spraying have been used in thermal power plants. Coal-fired power plants, pulverized coal transportation, desulfurization and dust removal systems are driven by fans. The high-speed rotation of fans causes relative movement of dust-containing two-phase particles. Among them, the collision and relative motion of hard two-phase particles on the fan impeller blade is a good way to prevent scouring, but it is necessary to overcome the problem that the wear-resistant ceramic lining is easy to fall off during high-speed operation, and to ensure the increased weight of the wear-resistant ceramic lining It will not affect the start-up and normal operation of the impeller.
Dovetail wear-resistant ceramic linings are embedded in wear parts and provide solutions such as dynamic and static balancing. The ceramic wear-resistant impeller manufactured by this technology is closely combined with the impeller, the wear-resistant ceramic has low density, and the weight is much lower than the commonly used steel wear-resistant liner, thereby reducing the total weight of the impeller and prolonging the service life of the main bearing of the fan . Impellers with wear-resistant ceramic linings can generally extend their service life by more than 15 times, which not only reduces the number of impeller replacements, but also improves the operation rate of the equipment and reduces the work intensity of operators and maintenance personnel.
