Special glue for wear-resistant ceramics
The special glue for wear-resistant ceramics is called AB glue for short. It is an inorganic glue that is mainly used for pasting industrial ceramics on metal steel parts and equipment to bond the ceramics. The ceramics adhere closely to the steel parts and prevent them from falling off. .
Ceramic glue is in the form of a paste and is slightly yellow or off-white in color. It is composed of A glue and B glue, and is divided into normal temperature glue, medium temperature glue and high temperature glue. The mixing ratio of normal temperature glue is 1:1, and the temperature resistance range is -60 degrees to 150 degrees.
The mixing ratio of medium and high temperature glue is 4:1, and the temperature resistance is below 200℃. High-temperature glue is a single-component glue with a maximum operating temperature of 300 degrees and is suitable for high-temperature equipment working conditions. According to the working conditions of the equipment, choose the appropriate ceramic glue.
Once the ceramic glue is accurately mixed according to the instructions, it will solidify quickly. It is recommended to use it within 40 minutes, so do not prepare too much at one time. The basic curing time of the glue is 2 hours. Wait 8-10 hours for the glue to completely solidify and the ceramics can be used or moved. Generally, the curing is faster in summer and slower in winter. You can use a baking lamp to heat and solidify the glue.
