Removal method of waste wear-resistant ceramic sheet
The wear-resistant ceramic sheets in the equipment will wear seriously after a long time. This depends on the working conditions. If the material is large and the impact force on the equipment is also large, it will lead to serious wear and tear. It may not be used for half a year. The wear-resistant ceramics will be severely damaged, and then new wear-resistant ceramics must be pasted to protect the equipment. So how to remove the old wear-resistant ceramic sheet?
There are two methods:
1. Roast with high temperature fire. This method is suitable for pasting small mosaic ceramic pieces, using high temperature to melt the glue, so that the ceramics will fall off, so as to achieve the purpose.
2. Tap with an electric pick. It is suitable for pasting larger wear-resistant ceramic lining boards, and using mechanical tools to remove waste wear-resistant ceramics according to external forces.
