Production process of wear-resistant ceramic tube
1. Powder calcining: According to different formulas, alumina powder is calcined to obtain calcined α-alumina powder suitable for production;
2. Powder grinding: Grinding the calcined α-alumina powder according to the formula, in order to prepare ceramic powder suitable for molding, generally adopts wet ball milling;
3. Powder preparation: obtain high-quality powder suitable for body molding by spray granulation;
4. Forming: According to the requirements of product design, the high-quality powder after spray granulation is pressed by dry pressing or isostatic pressing to obtain qualified ceramic blocks or ceramic ring blanks;
5. Sintering: the process of densification of the pressed green body, generally using an electric kiln;
6. Installation: After the sintered ceramics pass the inspection, wear-resistant ceramic tubes are made by adhesive bonding, spot welding and clamping, and lining ceramic rings.
