Precautions for using wear-resistant ceramic adhesive glue
For many customers who paste ceramics for the first time, glue mixing is a problem. Today, the editor will answer the questions that customers often encounter.
1. Regarding the components of the glue, wear-resistant ceramic glue is a two-component glue, which needs to be fully mixed with Type A and Type B before use.
2. Pay attention to the proportion when mixing ceramic glue. The glue is divided into 4:1 and 1:1 according to the proportion.
3. When mixing, remember that the A-type and B-type adhesives are fully mixed, and the color after mixing is uniform. Because the glue is very sticky, pay attention to shoveling off the glue from the mixing shovel and mixing it in.
4. The newly mixed wear-resistant ceramic glue has relatively weak adhesive force. Some facades or tops need to be temporarily fixed to prevent hollowing or falling off between the ceramic and the steel plate. It can be cured and put into use at room temperature for 24 hours. 4 Initially solidified in about an hour.
