Performance characteristics and application scope of common wear-resistant ceramic liners
The wear resistance of wear-resistant ceramic linings has been recognized by everyone, but people are more concerned about whether the wear-resistant ceramic linings will not break or fall off during use, and how well they can adapt to temperature. The following introduces several common wear-resistant ceramic device anti-wear technologies to see their performance characteristics and application scope.
1. Paste type: The paste type wear-resistant ceramic lining is to paste the wear-resistant ceramic lining on the inner surface of the equipment with viscose. This method is simple in installation and low in cost, especially suitable for large-area construction on site and saves maintenance time. However, because viscose is mainly organic components, it is not resistant to high temperature (the maximum temperature resistance cannot exceed 150 °C), and it is easy to age. Therefore, this method of pasting is only suitable for working environments at room temperature.
2. Welding type: Welding type wear-resistant ceramic lining plate is to weld the wear-resistant ceramic lining plate to the equipment through the welding hole on the wear-resistant ceramic, and cooperate with adhesive to achieve the purpose of two layers of safety. The welded type is suitable for high temperature pipes (500℃) or parts with slight impact, such as kiln tail dust removal pipes, humidification tower inlet and outlet pipes, etc.
3. Dovetail slot type: The dovetail slot ceramic liner is to fix the dovetail ceramic liner to the equipment that needs anti-wear through stainless steel guide rails. When using, weld the dovetail guide rail to the parts that need anti-wear, and control the spacing to ensure the gap between the ceramics. Then snap a special ceramic with a dovetail notch to the guide rail, and connect the ceramics in series along the guide rail to complete the installation.
The dovetail slotted ceramic liner has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, non-shedding and long service life, and various thicknesses of ceramics can be selected according to the wear conditions, and various special-shaped structure equipment can be customized to form an impact-resistant wear-resistant layer. It is suitable for anti-wear lining on equipment with high temperature environment (about 750 ℃) for conveying bulk materials and strong impact force. Widely used in thermal power, mining, cement, smelting and other industries to prevent wear of equipment.
