Method For Identification Of Wear-resisting Ceramic Composite Liner

1. Appearance inspection

Randomly pull out a piece of equipment box to be issued and check:

A. the flatness of the ceramic and rubber composite plate, without obvious deformation, so use the steel ruler to measure the external dimension and diagonal;

B. Check the appearance of the ceramic sheet embedded with rubber, whether there are missing angles, cracks and whether the surface color is consistent;

C. Check the bond between rubber plate and steel plate, and pull the rubber plate around the steel plate by hand to see whether there are warped edges and the bond is firm.

Check the four bolts for mounting on the back of the steel plate.

2. Laboratory testing

After the above appearance inspection is qualified, it can enter the laboratory for testing. If the appearance quality is not qualified, it needs to double the quantity of sampling inspection. If the appearance after multiple batches of sampling inspection pass rate is less than 90%, the product will be scrapped.

A. Take A ceramic piece from the sampled ceramic rubber composite liner and grind it into pieces, and test the curing aluminum content by chemical method;

B. Then take a ceramic piece from the ceramic rubber lining board and test the surface hardness, compressive strength, bending strength and water absorption of the ceramic piece through the test bed.

C. It is qualified to test the adhesive relay between rubber sheet and steel plate through a specific experimental tension machine and meet the requirements of the technical agreement of the contract;

D. Take a piece of rubber from the ceramic rubber composite liner board, and through multiple bending, the rubber will not break, good elasticity is qualified.

E. Conduct chemical test on the rubber, and the rubber is qualified if all indexes meet the requirements of the qualification requirements.

After passing the municipal test, all indicators shall meet the contract requirements. If the pass rate of spot inspection is less than 90%, the product shall be scrapped
