There are two kinds of zirconium beads added to the sand mill, one is the 65 zirconium beads used in the vertical sand mill, and the other is the zirconia beads used in the horizontal sand mill. The reason for this choice is determined by the speed of the grinder and the characteristics of the zirconium beads themselves. The rotation speed of the vertical sand mill is relatively low, generally only 1000 revolutions, while the horizontal sand mill can reach 3000 revolutions. The toughness of 65 zirconium beads is not very easy to use. It is easy to break beads in the horizontal sand mill, but its price is relatively cheap.
