How to paste wear-resistant ceramic tiles sheets on pipelines?
SMD wear-resistant ceramic tubes are mostly used in heavy wear industries such as power plants, steel plants, and cement plants to transport powder, liquid, gas, etc. There are strict steps and requirements for the pasting of ceramic sheets lined with patch ceramic pipes. Let's talk about the specific methods and precautions of ceramic patches below.
1. Before pasting ceramics, the patch-type wear-resistant ceramic pipe needs to be moved to a safe place for grinding. For the part to be pasted, it needs to be polished after dedusting. It is necessary to remove the rust and oxide layer until the iron is exposed. Sanding can be started after white.
2. After polishing, it is not possible to paste porcelain directly, and the polished part needs to be cleaned. You can use a thinner (such as alcohol, acetone, etc.) to clean the polished part to remove dust.
3. Prepare glue. At room temperature, the viscose can be prepared according to the ratio of main glue and curing agent 2:1. When preparing, it needs to be fully stirred and mixed evenly, and it should be used within half an hour as much as possible to avoid waste caused by premature curing of the viscose.
4. The glue should be applied comprehensively and evenly. The glue should not only cover the polished metal parts, but also be applied to the 5 surfaces (front and 4 sides) of the ceramics. The application should be even and there should be no lack of glue.
5. After the adhesive is applied, it should be pasted immediately, and the blade will cut the adhesive paper along the gap between the tiles, and then compact the tile with a wooden hammer to make the excess adhesive flow out from the gap. The gaps between the ceramics also need to be filled with glue and spread evenly.
6. After the pasting is completed, if there is no quality problem, you can start curing. The curing time is 24 hours to 48 hours. After curing, you can start running.
