How To Make Anti-wear Lining Of Coal Mill

The operating environment of coal mill barre wall is terrible ,the temperature of this part is the highest place , it is around 220. Most of the time, the tiles fall off from the coal mill barrel wall start from this place. Actually,the main problem in this area is adhesive Wear-resisting ceramic lining plate for mill equipment . If the enterprise is wear severe ,and the barrel wall was wear out after finish the anti-wear  half of year later,the main problem is the choice of glue, it is enough to choose the right glue .


At the present , many enterprise use the thicker tiles and knock out when they do maintenance, they redone the anti-wear after maintenance,in fact, this problem can be solved if they pay more attention during construction.  This problem can be solved by using 8mm thick Wear-resisting ceramic lining plate for mill equipment in the wear area and 5mm thick Wear-resisting ceramic lining plate for mill equipment in the non-wear area.

It is good to adhesive normal tiles on coal mill separator, it is mainly determined by the operate environment , 70℃-90℃ mixed wind, as a result, it is not hard to do anti-wear in this part,  use  Wear-resisting ceramic lining plate for mill , the mosaic tiles is enough.


The operate environment of the straight pipe section at the outlet of the coal mill separator is terrible ,the high speed of airflow with coal particles washes one part of pipe wall strongly, then this part is to be worn out firstly .The temperature of 70℃-90℃mixed wind is not very high, as a result,the anti-wear of this part is not difficult to handle , but the operate time is not too long no matter use which style in this part of anti-wear ,it can maintain about a maintenance period.The straight pipe section at the outlet of the coal mill separator is to make sure the anti--wear requirement by using the  Wear-resisting ceramic lining plate for mill in 8mm thickness during a maintenance period.
